Acceptance of MRC88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MRC88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual ("Player", "Member", "you") who registers for, accesses, or uses the MRC88 online casino platform in any capacity. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement that takes effect from the date you create an MRC88 account or first use our services, whichever occurs earlier.

By using the MRC88 platform, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form part of this overall agreement. • You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• You are registering and using the MRC88 platform on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not among any category of individuals prohibited from using this type of entertainment platform under any applicable law, regulation, or policy.

MRC88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one MRC88 account only. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including pending winnings.

During the MRC88 account registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other details requested. It is your responsibility to ensure that your MRC88 account information remains current and accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for keeping your MRC88 username and password confidential. MRC88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM 10. No general maximum deposit limit is set; however, MRC88 reserves the right to impose specific transaction limits on individual accounts based on risk profile and compliance requirements. All deposits are subject to automated and manual verification processes. MRC88 reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit that raises concern or does not comply with these Terms.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal requests submitted by MRC88 members will be processed within a set timeframe, subject to the completion of all required verification procedures. MRC88 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals in a timely and transparent manner.

To submit a withdrawal request, your MRC88 account must be fully verified, including identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer). Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account held in the same name as the MRC88 account. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering and fraud.

MRC88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for more detailed anti-fraud review where necessary. Any winnings obtained through means that violate these Terms, including the use of bots or exploitation of software bugs, are ineligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited to MRC88.

MRC88 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

MRC88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and special offers tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Hari Merdeka, and more. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.

General terms that apply to all MRC88 bonuses include:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. This wagering requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each individual offer.
• Bonuses are only valid within the stipulated time period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Game Rules & Player Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the MRC88 platform:

• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools that interact with MRC88's gaming systems without written approval from MRC88.
• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the MRC88 gaming system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to exploit MRC88's gaming systems or bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct in connection with the use of the MRC88 platform.

MRC88 employs a sophisticated, continuously operating fraud detection system. Any breach of these Terms will be treated with the utmost seriousness and may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and appropriate legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Multiple MRC88 account ownership.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotional system.
• Your own request to close your account.
• Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes.

MRC88 Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the MRC88 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed dispute resolution body.
